    4. Technical problems. Issues of reliability and security of the IT infrastructure, as well as the protection of personal data of students and teachers are also on the agenda.

    Despite the successes achieved, Kazakhstan, like other Central Asian countries, faces a number of challenges on the way to creating a modern, inclusive and effective education system adapted to the needs of the 21st century. Solving these problems requires joint efforts of the state, educational institutions, business and society.
